Why can't I play an article?
Check your network connection. If "Wi-Fi only playback" is enabled, connect to Wi-Fi or turn off that setting in the app.
How do I use content offline?
Open an article while connected to the internet, download it, then play it from the downloaded local content.
How do I remove downloaded files?
Use the download management controls in the app, or select "Clear cache" in Settings.
How do I manage favorites?
Tap the favorite button on an article, then open the Favorites tab to view or remove saved articles.
